1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bad8 platform and all its services. bad8 is an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, casino games, and live gaming.

By creating an account on bad8 or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination along with forfeiture of any accumulated balance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the bad8 support team immediately. Use of your account by third parties is not permitted.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Guidelines

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bad8 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bad8 processes transactions exclusively through these mobile financial services. Deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming purposes only.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before withdrawing, ensure that the wagering requirements for any active bonus on your account have been met. bad8 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If bad8 determines that a transaction is fraudulent, at risk of chargeback, or linked to money laundering, bad8 may cancel that transaction and suspend or close the associated account. bad8's decision on such matters shall be considered final.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus applies to your first deposit on bad8, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). The wagering multiplier is 10x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply once per account only.
• bad8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bad8 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, the bonus may be forfeited.
• No bonus funds may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• bad8 reserves the right to determine at its discretion which bets count towards wagering.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

bad8 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier are set by bad8 and may change from time to time. bad8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel VIP benefits at any time. VIP tier cashback may be subject to separate wagering requirements — contact the support team for details.

6 Betting & Gaming Guidelines

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and betting activities on bad8 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by neutral algorithms. Any form of cheating, software misuse, or use of automated betting methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Bet Outcomes

bad8 reserves the right to review any bet outcome and void bets in the event of a technical error. Bets that were incorrectly displayed or settled due to a technical error will be corrected. bad8's decision in such cases shall be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome to abuse bonuses.
• Betting on fictitious or predictable matches to circumvent bonus terms.
• Collusion or conspiring with others when betting.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Misusing the account credentials of other users.
